Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Customer: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. We strive to be as flexible as possible with cancellations, providing you with a hassle-free experience. However, please note that cancellations may result in costs and inconveniences that may affect both our operations and those of other customers. That’s why we have established the following cancellation policy:

Individual Tour (Group Size 1-10):

• Full refund for tickets canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure.
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled tour departure.

Group Tours (Group Size 11 or more):

• Full refund for tickets canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled tour departure.
• 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days from the scheduled tour departure.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour departure.

Customized Tours:

• Full refund, minus any non-refundable costs incurred during the planning process, for cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled tour departure.
• 50% refund, minus any non-refundable costs incurred during the planning process, for cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the scheduled tour departure.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure.

Cancellation by Perfect Taj Tour: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, we will promptly notify you and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We take cancellations seriously and will only cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns.

Cancellation Process: To cancel a tour, please notify us in writing (via email or letter) or by calling our customer service hotline. Provide the details of your booking, including tour dates, the main passenger’s name, and any other relevant information.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking process. Please note that any additional charges related to currency conversion or bank fees will not be covered by Perfect Taj Tour, and the final refund amount may be less.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Your Agreement: By booking a tour with Perfect Taj Tour, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and the latest version will become effective immediately. Your flexibility and understanding are appreciated.
